All information displayed, transmitted or carried on the Victory Park website (including, but not limited to, directories, guides, news articles, opinions, reviews, text, photographs, images, illustrations, profiles, audio clips, video clips, trademarks, service marks and the like, collectively the "Content") is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. By accessing this site, a user agrees not to modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, reproduce, create derivative work from, distribute, repost, perform, display or in any way commercially exploit any of the Content. You agree to abide by all copyright notices and restrictions attached to any content accessed through the Victory Park website, not to alter the content in any way.

Zero Tolerance Policy

With interest in the welfare and safety of all our guests, guests being defined as any employee, resident or visitor, the following policies will be strictly enforced.  Violation or disruption in any form of the same will result in the immediate removal and disassociation of the offender(s) from all Victory Park campuses and premises.

1. Victory Park takes a strong Equal Opportunity Advocacy stance.  All guests are encouraged to engage in and perform their specific roles in a professional manner to and for the betterment of the entire organization, and ultimately be a positive influence to and for the larger global community.  To maintain a harmonious community with every effort to eliminate unnecessary “misunderstandings” especially in regards to gender, race and religious inclination, all guests must conduct themselves in a professional manner while physically present on any Victory Park campus or premise.  Furthermore, anyone representing Victory Park in any capacity, whether officially or unofficially, must likewise conduct themselves in a professional, responsible, and courteous manner at all times, whether on or away from any Victory Park campus or premise.
2. Victory Park is a Christian community.  With respect to religious inclination, religious discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated on any Victory Park campus or premise.  All guests are strongly discouraged from bringing ANY religious article of ANY kind on their person into any and all Victory Park campuses and premises.  Furthermore:  a). Guests must not display ANY religious article or marking of ANY kind in or on their designated Victory Park work place.  b). Guests must not display ANY religious article or marking of ANY kind in or on their designated Victory Park Housing facility if a resident.  c). Guests must not display ANY religious article or marking of ANY kind in or on any Victory Park movable or immovable property.  All guests may practice their religions of choice once physically off any and all Victory Park campuses and premises.  Out of respect to the variety of guests represented among the Victory Park community and to maintain communal harmony, turning any Victory Park campus or premise into a “Religious Battleground” will not be tolerated.
3. Victory Park is a close-knit community.  Any form of discrimination, perceived or otherwise, based on socioeconomic differences, caste, creed, religion, or any other perceived difference, will not be tolerated.  All Victory Park guests will respect one another as fellow humans created in God’s image and likeness and will treat each other likewise with all respect and dignity.
4. All guests are encouraged to perform their respective duties and roles to the best of their God given abilities.
5. Narcotics and contraband of any kind or form are prohibited at all times on any and all Victory Park campuses and premises.
6. Alcohol of any kind or form is prohibited at all times on any and all Victory Park campuses and premises.
7. Tobacco of any kind or form is prohibited at all times on any and all Victory Park campuses and premises.
8. Defecating, urinating, spitting, littering, and any such unhygienic and ecologically damaging and disease-spreading activity is prohibited on any and all Victory Park campuses and premises.
9. Vandalism and wanton destruction of property of any kind is prohibited on any and all Victory Park campuses and premises.
10. Theft of any kind, whether Victory Park property or property of any guest, is prohibited on any and all Victory Park campuses and premises.
11. Use of profane, vulgar and/or inappropriate language of any kind, is prohibited at all times on any and all Victory Park campuses and premises.
12. All guests are strictly prohibited from accepting gifts of any kind from any source, for any purpose or motivation of special favor.
13. Falsification of any form of legal identification, resume, CV, or any willful misrepresentation will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from all Victory Park campuses and premises, and if deemed, prosecution to the maximum extent of the law will be executed.
14. Any leaks of confidential material, patents, trademarks, or any form of research, or any form of documentation, or anything else deemed private and exclusive property of Victory Park and of any of her associates, will not be tolerated.  The offender(s) will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law without exception.
15. For the welfare and maximum safety and security of all our guests, all guests must at all times strictly adhere to all security policies, fire safety codes, and any and all other systems set in place.

Note:  In addition to the Zero Tolerance Policy and other policies, Victory Park maintains and enforces a complete set of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), which further detail all policies and requirements critical to the operation of the organization.  Upon hire, every employee will be trained on all SOPs deemed relevant to their position, and upon completion the employee will be required to sign.
